For me, it all started with a strong desire to help companies grow for real.
After many years as a leader in startups, scaleups and larger companies, I saw how difficult it was to reach the right customers and create growth in a sustainable way. I started Glintify to use everything I learned, in my own way, and help companies navigate their growth journey, build relationships and find their place in new markets.
It’s not just about leads and sales for me. It’s about understanding each business in depth, finding the opportunities that are right for them, and being a partner that sticks around even when the wind blows.

My long-term goal with Glintify is to build a business that helps companies grow sustainably not just quickly. and step into a more business development role with consultants for the more established companies. I want to be a natural partner for startups, scaleups and smaller established companies that need help to enter new markets, find the right customers and build stable growth over time. In the long run, I also want to be able to build a team that shares the same values of honesty, long-term thinking and creating real value, and perhaps help even more entrepreneurs and young companies succeed on their journey.
